In past Friday the solemn rewarding of laureates of regional competition “The Best young scientist” 2012 took place. The primary purpose of competition is support of young scientists in Donetsk region. The one of laureates became young scientist of the Donetsk Institute for physics and engineering named after O.O. Galkin Khachaturova Tatyana with the advanced study the “Electronic transport in heterostructures for nanoelectronics and spintronics”.
